Manchester City Leading The Race To Sign Sergio Aguero

Sergio Aguero has declared that he is ready to leave Atletico Madrid this summer.

The Argentina striker made the announcement on his website and also through his Twitter account.

“The time has come,” he said.

“This is not a financial issue, but purely sporting.”

The Argentine international striker said that he has a promise from Atletico that they will now listen to offers for him this summer.

The striker’s declaration will spark a transfer scramble for his services, with Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Juventus all chasing his signature.

Madrid sources say City are favourites for Aguero.
