Sensational news are out and it has been revealed that Fabio Capello has admitted a communication failure has left Wayne Rooney suspended for their tie with Switzerland.
The Manchester United striker was reportedly unaware he was a caution away from a ban after being booked in the win over Wales.
He must now sit out an important game at Wembley on June 4.
“Rooney didn’t realise,” Capello said.
“I just told him it was not a good booking. He said ‘Why?’
“He didn’t remember that he got booked.”
